  2. Get Half cup of maida.

  1. Ek bowl mein egg ko achy sy beat karein.
  2. Us mein half cup maidah add karein.
  3. Laal mirch, kali mirch, salt, green chilies coriander add karein.
  4. Mix kar lein.
  5. Pan ya tawy py oil lagaiyn or mixture achy sy daal dein khyal rakhen circle mein ho mixture low flame py pakaiyn.
  6. Phir side change kar ke dosri taraf sy pakaiyn.
